After 20 years of experience supporting realtors and their clients, we saw an opportunity to build something different: an escrow company that provides top-notch services on a foundation of hospitality.

Before entering real estate, our founder, Jennifer Davidson, earned her Master’s in Social Work. While she hasn’t worked in that industry, she uses the skills she gained every day as an escrow officer and business leader. Everyone on the Prosper Escrow team shares the same commitment to integrity, follow-through, and kindness.
