As a Senior Escrow Officer and commissioned Notary Public, she provides a unique blend of hands-on transaction expertise, operational support, and relationship-focused service to agents, lenders, and clients throughout Southern California.

Liza’s role at Prosper Escrow is multifaceted. She works closely with agents, lenders, and clients to build new relationships, supports escrow officers, provides relief coverage for escrow teams when needed, and assists with operational and administrative initiatives across the office. Her senior-level escrow background allows her to answer transaction questions on the spot, guide clients through complex scenarios in real time, and provide practical tools such as net sheets while meeting with partners in the field.

She is experienced in a wide range of transactions including residential resale, refinance, 1031 exchanges, trust and estate sales, and investment properties. Known for her organization, clear communication, and calm problem-solving approach, Liza is passionate about creating a smooth and supportive escrow experience for all parties involved. She believes every transaction should be handled with the same care and attention as if it were for family, and she enjoys educating clients and helping agents ensure their buyers and sellers feel confident throughout the process.

Born in England and raised in Orange County, Liza values strong relationships and community. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking on home organization and improvement projects — something that reflects the same sense of order, care, and attention to detail she brings to her work every day.
