Jennifer thrives in the fast-paced, detail-driven world of escrow, where organization and communication are key. She is known for her warm “Southern hospitality” approach — shaped by her Texas roots — and for creating a welcoming, dependable experience for clients and colleagues alike. A commissioned Notary Public and Spanish speaker, Jennifer helps facilitate clear communication and attentive service throughout each transaction. She is also a proud graduate of Chapman University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, bringing strong communication skills and attention to detail to her work every day. Her calm presence and commitment to service contribute to the collaborative, client-first culture at Prosper Escrow.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children, attending prayer group at church, enjoying beach days, cooking, decorating her home, and taking nature walks with her dog.
