Debbie has extensive experience handling a wide variety of transactions including residential resales, refinances, probate, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, trust transfers, FHA/VA transactions, reverse mortgages, FSBOs, cash purchases, REO/bank-owned sales, and short sales.
